1. GENERAL INFORMATION:
We are currently shipping to: all the countries listed in the shipping country in the checkout section.

We use DHL Express (estimated 24h) for Spain (Peninsula). 
We use DHL Parcel (Delivery times depend on which country you live in, usually takes from 2 to 6 days) for Germany and Portugal.

A DHL Economy service offered by DHL Express or the DHL Express service is offered for the rest of the countries. 

Correos Standard Shipping is offered for some EU and non-EU countries.

2. PAYMENT METHODS:
We have the following payment methods available:
- Credit card: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express.
- PayPal.
- Klarna.

3. CHANGES:
Can I change my items?
Yes, you can request a return and make the new purchase online. If the reason for the exchange is that the item is defective, the shipping costs will be borne by our company.

What is the deadline to make the change?
The deadline for any change is 15 days from the delivery confirmation email.
